Cowwarr Primary School

Some History for School number: 1967
Cowwarr Primary School was establieshed in 1877 and has always been a small country school
with an active and committed group of parents and staff. The School currently has 22 students who
have taken part in a number of local Landcare projects and participate in Bugwatch and other programs.
The children are keen to expand their knowledge of native plants and have already had experience
collecting local indiginous species seeds and propogating some with help from local Landcare members.
